* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near-gale force wind gusts to 35 kts will be mainly near Grand Portage Monday night before expanding by early Tuesday morning.
