HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Charleston, Jefferson, South Charleston, Dunbar, Chesapeake, Marmet, Belle, Cedar Grove, East Bank, Glasgow, Pratt, Alum Creek, Coal Fork, Tornado, Pinch, Seth, Ashford, and Racine.
