* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 554 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated pockets of heavy rain due to thunderstorms across northern Esmeralda County and focused near Coaldale. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area and may impact US 95 and US 6 through the evening hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
