* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Slow moving or standing water may continue. High water likely may recede slowly from flooded areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rainfall had moved out of the area. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches occurred across the area, with rainfall in excess of 4 inches observed near Dwight. Water will be slow to recede from fields, yards, and poor drainage areas. Some streams may continue to rise due to earlier rainfall as runoff moves downstream. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
