* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 2 AM EDT early this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
