* WHERE...The North River near Norwalk Hwy R57, or from the Madison-Warren County line to the Des Moines River.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, water threatens Iowa 28 immediately south of Norwalk and threatens several rural gravel roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The latest stage was near 22.5 feet Sunday evening. - Forecast...The river has crested and is forecast to fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
