* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Isaias will move inland overnight with a band of associated heavy rainfall developing across the Georgia Saturday. While the exact location of where this banding will occur is uncertain, confidence is increasing in these higher rainfall totals potentially moving into eastern GA and western SC.
