* HUMIDITY...Today: As low as 15 percent. Saturday: As low as 13 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated thunderstorms are expected on Saturday, so lightning is the main concern for fire starts.
