* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt possible.

* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Thursday, or longer if conditions warrant.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Saudel (17W) is expected to continue to strengthen as it moves away from eastern Chuuk State over the next few days.
