* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
