* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft at 7 seconds. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 13 ft at 10 seconds expected.
* WHERE...Small Craft Advisory south of Port Orford overnight. Hazardous Seas Warning for all of the area late Thursday night into Friday afternoon.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Thursday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 11 PM Thursday to 2 PM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
