* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Grant County in southwestern New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 445 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 PM MDT, Slow moving thunderstorms in the vicinity of Lake Roberts have produced up to 1 inch of rain in the headwaters of arroyos that cross highway 35. This will result in flooding at several low water crossings on highway 35 between Trout Valley and Lake Roberts Heights. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
