* IMPACTS: Low humidities, hot temperatures, and wind shift with a cold front will create erratic fire behavior and new fire starts.

* AFFECTED AREA: In Southeast MT Fire Zone...132. In Southeast MT and Northwest SD Fire Zone...133.

* COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Northwest SD...Harding. In Southeast MT...Carter...Custer...Fallon.

* COLD FRONT: A weak cold front will pass through Thursday evening shifting winds to the NNW with gusts up to 30 mph.

* WIND: Northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent.

* TEMPERATURES: Up to 95.
