* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from yesterday's rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 500 PM EDT, Emergency management and law enforcement have reported flooding in the warned area due to ongoing overland and river flooding. Flooding will continue through Saturday morning. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Millersport, Fairfield Beach, Harbor Hills, Etna, and Kirkersville. This includes Interstate 70 at State Routes 158, 37, 79, and 13.
