* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM AKDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 7 AM to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
