* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Williamsport Road may begin to flood in Fountain County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 20.7 feet early Saturday afternoon.
