* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Structures threatened in southwest Milford.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
