For the Gale Warning, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 1 to 4 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 3 to 6 ft expected.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM to 8 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
