* WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Cape Hatteras.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Sunday. The strongest winds will last until this evening, with hazardous seas lasting into Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds and dangerous seas will continue to impact the coastal and offshore waters as a Nor'easter moves slowly north off the Mid-Atlantic Coast.
