* WHERE...In coastal waters, the coastal waters from Duck to Oregon Inlet. In offshore waters, the offshore waters from Oregon Inlet to Cape Hatteras.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds and dangerous seas will continue to impact the coastal and offshore waters as a Nor'easter moves slowly north off the Mid-Atlantic Coast.
