* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Mendocino to Pt. Arena CA out 10 nm.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 6 AM PDT early this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels.
