* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following county, Williams.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several roads are closed and impassable due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 916 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the warned area from earlier heavy rain and thunderstorms. This area received in excess of 4 inches of rain in a short time earlier this evening. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
