* Until 730 PM EDT.
* At 632 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 7 nm northeast of The Vicinity Of Cedar Island, or 7 nm west of Ocracoke Inlet, moving south at 10 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
