* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Typhoon Saudel (17W) is making its approach toward the Marianas, with a storm track across the far northern Marianas. Seas will remain hazardous to small craft today as winds increase to 25 kt with combined seas of 7 to 10 feet through Sunday afternoon. Tropical storm force winds of 34 to 63 kt are no longer possible because Typhoon Saudel did not make a sufficiently large westward wobble.
