* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Edwards.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 152 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen over the past 48 to 72 hours with portions of the advisory area picking up to 2 inches in the past hour. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Carta Valley and Kickapoo Cavern State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
