* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 512 AM CDT, flooding continues across the warned area, where 3 to 7.5 inches of rain was observed with slow moving thunderstorms Saturday evening and very early this morning. - Rain has long since ended. However, additional rainfall is possible with scattered thunderstorms this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oberlin, Atwood, McDonald, Ludell, Blakeman, Beardsley and Leoville.
