* WIND... On Tuesday, northwest winds gusting 25 to 40 mph. On Wednesday, northwest winds gusting 40 to 60 mph.

* HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Poor recoveries expected Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
