* Dust Advisory for... West central Otero County in south central New Mexico... East central Sierra County in south central New Mexico... Northeastern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 715 PM MDT.

* At 529 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over White Sands National Park.

HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong winds up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Doppler radar.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel, especially on portions of US-70.

Locations impacted include... White Sands National Park, Northrup Landing, Holloman Air Force Base, and Lake Lucero.
