* WHERE...Portions of western New Mexico, including the West Central and Southwest Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour through early this evening.
