* WHERE...In Maine, Coastal York County. In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County.
* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 10 PM EDT this evening. For the Coastal Flood Statement, until 3 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and property. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.
