Special Weather Statement

At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Siloam to near Nebo to near Clingman. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Bermuda Run, Huntsville, Lewisville, Walkertown, Rural Hall, Pfafftown, Belews Creek, and Stanleyville.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 182 and 197. Interstate 74 near Mile Marker 56.
