* At 948 PM CDT, emergency management reported countless roads still flooded within the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring and will continue for several hours before flood waters recede.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
