* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Low-lying areas east of Agency begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 20.9 feet this morning. It will then fall this afternoon.
