* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling from 15 to 80 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 1 AM AKDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 1 PM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
