* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, east winds 40 to 50 kt and seas 16 to 21 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft expected.

* WHERE...Icy Cape to Cape Suckling out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 1 AM AKDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 7 PM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
