* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations continues early this evening. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 517 PM EDT, emergency management reported continued flooding across parts of the area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen, although little additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
