* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1139 AM EDT, Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area from earlier rainfall. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain fell. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
