Flooding from multiple days of heavy is occurring in Hitchcock county and likely in eastern Dundy county. Additional rain is possible over the next 36 hours.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following counties, Dundy and Hitchcock.
* WHEN...Until 830 AM MDT /930 AM CDT/ Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 431 PM MDT /531 PM CDT/, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Trenton, Stratton and Max.
