* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Iowa, including the following county, Clayton and southwest Wisconsin, including the following counties, Crawford, Grant and Richland.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rainfall overnight has resulted in saturated ground over much of the region. Additional heavy rainfall with any storms this afternoon may result in rainfall totals as high as 2 to 4 inches which may lead to flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
