* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Low lying woodlands and fields along the river flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 2.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 15.8 feet late tonight.
