* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Maine, including the following county, Piscataquis.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Water over dirt North Woods roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable especially near bogs.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 615 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chamberlain Lake, Tamway and Baxter State Park. - This is in remote areas of the Allagash Wilderness Waterway and Telos Public Lands.
