* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to 4 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Gale Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
