* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Low-lying agricultural land inundated near Norway.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 14.9 feet Monday morning.
