* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.9 feet and rising rapidly. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 24.3 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
