* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, De Kalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Mercer, Nodaway and Worth.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
