* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Collin County in north central Texas... Dallas County in north central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 955 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen, and another inch is possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Plano, Garland, Mesquite, McKinney, Frisco, Richardson, Allen, Rowlett, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Wylie, Duncanville, Lancaster, Farmers Branch, Balch Springs and University Park.
