Wills Creek At Cambridge affecting Guernsey County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Wills Creek at Cambridge.
* WHEN...Until late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Overflowing of poor drainage and low lying areas will result in minor flooding along wills creek. At 16.0 feet, Basement flooding begins through floor drains and other sewer connections. Local interruptions in sanitary service may occur along Gordon's Run from 3rd Street to 6th Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM EDT Friday the stage was 14.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 15.2 feet this afternoon.
