* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rainfall were moving into southwestern Dona Ana County. Expect flooding on arroyos and rural back roads north of Highway 9 in the next couple of hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
