* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 23.5 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
