IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Clay, Addison (Webster Springs), Birch River, Wallback, Harrison, Cowen, Widen, Bickmore, Muddlety, Indore, Boggs, Bentree, and Ivydale.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 near mile marker 34. Route 19 between mile markers 47 and 60.
